What's New in Help
This section will describe some of the new additions to Help, which will help you use EventPro's new and enhanced features. To see a complete list of changes in EventPro, click Help | What's New in EventPro's main menu.

Finance

The new Include No Charge Invoices option in the batch Invoice Wizard allows you to create zero balance invoices in batches.

Accommodations
o
When recording a payment from the Accommodations area, the new Show All option in the Payment Summary lets you choose to view all invoices for the related event, or just invoices for the reservation, making it easier to choose the applicable invoice.

New Location Effective Dates allow you to define the date upon which a set of costs, prices and taxes for locations will come into effect

New Available option allows you to define which locations are available in selected Effective Dates
A new Per Person Cost field (PP) in Catering Configurations and Beverage Configurations indicates whether the value in the Cost field is a flat cost for the entire configuration or will be multiplied by the number of people attending the event
