Setting a Filter
Using the Filter Criteria window, you can isolate the records that you want to display on a screen or use in a report.
The instructions about filtering are divided into three sections:
1.
General Filtering: This section describes the general principles of filtering records. There are many variations on filtering, but once you understand how the filters work, you should be able to filter any list of records to your satisfaction.
2.
Linked Criteria with Attendees, Exhibitors, Companies and Contacts: There is a special kind of filtering feature that applies only to Attendees, Exhibitors, Companies and Contacts. You can filter attendees and exhibitors by registration groups they are or are not registered in, and you can filter attendees, exhibitors, companies and contacts by communications sent or not sent to them. This section will show you how to use Linked Criteria.
3.
Advanced Filter Criteria: This section will explain how to filter records based on unusual criteria or user-defined fields unique to your installation of EventPro.
