Select Enquiry While Booking Event

| 1. | Click on the Booking Calendar button at the top of the EventPro screen. |
| 2. | Create a New Booking as usual. |
| 3. | In the Booking Wizard, select the client for whom you have created an enquiry. |
| 4. | Click the Next button. |
| 5. | The next screen of the wizard will display any outstanding enquiries for the client. Select the dot next to Select Existing Enquiry for Selected Company and check the Sel box to the left of the enquiry you want to use. Click Next. |

| 6. | Continue with the event booking, referring back to Chapter 2: Create a Booking: Select Enquiry Option for assistance. Note that the dates for the event will be those you selected on the Booking Calendar, not necessarily the dates in the enquiry. If you entered times for the enquiry, those times will be carried over into the booking. |
| 7. | Note that once an enquiry is linked to an event, most of the fields that are duplicated in the event cannot be edited in the enquiry, and will be updated automatically when the event information changes. |
