Part A: Communications

These instructions explain the process of sending communications to a single recipient.
You can create communications from several different screens in EventPro. The process of creating a communication is essentially the same for all screens, except that different fields will be filled in by default and disabled, depending on where you started the communication.
Begin a Communication from the...
Find the related event in the Event Maintenance screen and click on the Communications Tab.

Find the related event in the Event Maintenance screen and click on the Attendees Tab. Find the Attendee and click on the Communications tab in the bottom of the screen.

Find the related event in the Event Maintenance screen and click on the Exhibitors Tab. Find the Exhibitor and click on the Communications tab in the bottom of the screen.

Find the related enquiry in the Single Enquiry tab, or click to highlight the enquiry in the Enquiry List tab. Click on the Communications tab in the bottom half of the screen.

Company: Find the related company in the Single Company View tab or click to highlight the company in the Company List View tab. Click on the Communications tab in the bottom section of the screen. Click the New button in the bottom section of the screen to the right of the Communications tab.
Contact: Find the related contact in the Single Contact View tab or click to highlight the contact in the Contact List View tab. Click on the Communications tab in the bottom section of the screen.

Go to the Accommodations screen or click on the Accommodations tab in the Event Maintenance screen. Find the related accommodation reservation in the Single Reservation or Reservation List view. Click on the Communications tab in the bottom section of the screen. |
