Edit, View or Delete Rooms in a Reservation
In theAccommodations screen or the Accommodations tab of the Event Maintenance screen, find the reservation in the Single Reservation view or click to highlight the reservation in the Reservation Listview. Click the Room Assignments tab in the bottom section of the Accommodations screen and click to highlight the room you want to work with.
In the Calendar view of theAccommodations screen, click on the cell representing the room reservation.
If you want EventPro to automatically assign rooms to the reservation, so that you do not have to select a specific room code for each room required, click Detail Options |Auto Assign Rooms.

The Confirm dialog box asks if you want to continue with auto assignment. Click Yes to continue.

The Roomcolumn will be filled with the next available room code for each room required in the group.
Click the Edit button to the right of the bottom selection grid. In the Calendar view, select Room | Edit from the button bar above the calendar.

The Accommodation Room [Edit] window appears. Make your changes as required.

To change the Primary Occupant, click on the occupant who you want to designate primary occupant and click the Set as Primary button. The Confirm dialog asks if you want to continue with changing the primary occupant. Click Yes to continue.

Click Save to save your changes to the accommodation room.
Multi-select the rooms you want to edit in the bottom grid. If you want to edit all rooms in the reservation, you do not have to select any.

Click the Detail Optionsbutton to the right and select Multi-Edit.

Make your changes in the [Edit] window as required. For example, you may need to change the Check In or Check Out dates for some or all of the rooms in an event.

Click Save. In the next dialog box, choose whether you want your changes to apply to Selected Rooms or All Rooms, and click OK.
Click the Delete button to the right of the bottom selection grid (not across from the top section of the screen). In the Calendar view, select Room | Delete from the button bar above the calendar.

The Confirm dialog box will ask if you want to delete the selected record. Click OK if you are sure you want to delete.

You will not be able to delete a room that has already been invoiced.
