Adding Images to Resource Items

You can now attach images to Setup and Staffing items, and Catering and Beverage Configurations (Enterprise Edition of EventPro only).

This feature is designed specifically to work with the new EPWeb Version 4.  The images you attach to the items/configurations in EventPro will appear when selecting resource items to add to online bookings.

1.Select Setup | Resources | Items from EventPro’s main menu.
2.Click on the Setup tab or the Staffing tab.
3.Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.
4.Select the correct Resource Sub-Group in the top grid.
5.In the bottom grid, click the New button to create a new item, or select an existing item you want to edit and click Edit.
6.In the Resource Item [New] or [Edit] form, click on the Image tab.

7.Click the Load button. In the Resource Item Image window, navigate to and select the picture you want to use, and click Open.

8.The image will appear in the item Image tab.  To remove it, click the Clear button.

9.If you are creating a new setup or staffing item, review Setup Resource Items or Staffing Resource Items to complete the item.
10.When you are done, click Save.

1.Select Setup | Resources | Catering Configuration or Beverage Configuration from EventPro's main menu.
2.Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.
3.Select the correct Configuration Group in the top grid.
4.In the bottom grid, click the New button to create a new configuration, or select an existing configuration you want to edit and click Edit.
5.In the Configuration [New] or [Edit] form, click on the Image tab.

6.Click the Load button. In the Resource Item Image window, navigate to and select the picture you want to use, and click Open.

7.The image will appear in the item Image tab.  To remove it, click the Clear button.

8.If you are creating a new catering or beverage configuration, review Creating Catering Configurations or Creating Beverage Configurations to complete the configuration.
9.When you are done, click Save.
