Benefit: EPWeb makes it easy and convenient for potential clients to check out your facility and make a request. The simplified online request form allows clients to tell you what they are looking for in their own terms, so that you can follow up with options and ideas tailored to the client’s interests.
Benefit: The online convenience of EPWeb does not mean that just anybody gains access to your booking information. You determine the level of access each user has to events, event details, locations, setup and catering items.
Benefit: When you set up resources and locations in EventPro, you decide whether they will appear on EPWeb. For each event, you can choose its web status, i.e. whether it is displayed online and, if so, how much information appears.
Benefit: Your web specialist with HTML programming experience can customise your page to suit your company. Add your logo, choose your colors, decide which pages will appear, link menus and equipment lists, and more.
Benefit: Customise each user to have limited access to specific areas. Allows users access to different areas, while giving other users view-only rights.

Once you've found the rooms that are available for your event this page allows you to make your request. You can also type in your equipment and catering needs for your event. |
"Hide" Options |
I have events or rooms that I don't want people to see on the web, can I hide them? YES! Options include hiding the names of the customers and contact people, rooms, events with certain status' or individual events. |

Your web technicians can customise your page to suite your needs. Put your logo, a link to your menus and equipment lists on the pages to allow customers to view their options.
